Manufactured from premium-grade silicon steel and coated with a durable inorganic insulating layer, this material provides excellent electrical insulation, effectively reducing eddy current losses and improving overall magnetic efficiency. The inorganic coating offers outstanding thermal stability Ve oxidation resistance, making it ideal for applications with high temperature or long service cycles.
Designed to operate efficiently under frequencies typically below 400 Hz, the material maintains high magnetic permeability, low core loss, and minimal hysteresis. It can be supplied in laminated sheet form or custom-stamped shapes, ready to be assembled into magnetic cores for transformers or motors.
